facilities, R. Fouque, issued on May, 3 a note to
the workers about a free phone number : 0800
863 639. This leads to the psychotherapists
of GARON BONVALOT, who would cure the troubles
faced by workers « stressed by the
performance project ».
As this suggests
that the strike could be a sort of a mental
illness, the Unions tried the cure, unfortunately
with little success ; here is an excerpt of
the call :
Are you
stressed ? (seems that 3,000 are
stressed, I’m just one of these...)
Will you
volunteer for leaving ? (is there
still anybody here ? Woops I’m
alone in the dark HELP ! !
HELP ! !)
Take it
easy, we can help you create your own
business.... (MY business ? if these
1,500 create their own business, who will be
the employees ?)

frighten your Management ...

Who wants a flight of panicked Directors running
everywhere ? Seems that the 0800 863 639 did
not cure them either... so why not try a
negotiation with the Unions ? Talking of
problems is half of the remedy, but talking to
right person could be the key to a real success
...for everybody in this company.
